On August 15, Kristen and Rob Mahnke welcomed their third baby, Annabel Sunkes Mahnke. I gather the 15th was Rob's birthday, as he describes Annabel as "the best birthday present he's ever had." Photos are here and here.
For once I have some news of my own. On August 14, Brian and I welcomed Samuel Avichai Nagorsky, 6 lbs., 15 oz., 20 inches long. Pictures available at our blog.
Yuval Tal wrote in with some late-breaking news: "Sorry for being a bit late but have news straight off the …. Isabelle (who is a 97 alum of UOC) just gave birth to our third son. Marcel Yacov Tal arrived July 24th. As is customary for Isabelle the birth was quick and easy (I know its easy for me to say but Isabelle agrees). At just under 9 pounds, he's healthy and everyone is doing well. Brothers Emile and Noam are delighted. All else is fine, work for me (Isabelle is now going to be out for a while) is as crazy as for everyone. We moved to Park Slope, Brooklyn last summer and are enjoying the neighborhood sooo much. We really enjoyed the 97 reunion we went to (we are both grads of that year) at the law school and already look forward to our next reunion."
