Sam believes that adults are very sad people because our books don't have pictures. (I actually learned this one a few weeks ago, but he reminded me tonight.)
Rafi believes that the reason his stuffed animals are not in the same places in the morning that they were when he went to bed is that they're sneaking up on him.
Tonight, Rafi's Huntleys (his much-beloved seven identical teddy bears) began hibernating.
Both boys believe that stuffed animals like to play with tissues. Therefore, they must tape closed their tissue boxes before using them to prop up their animals for pretend photo shoots.
I didn't need to buy any toys for them - just stuffed animals and dozens of blankets in all sizes. And rolls and rolls and rolls of blue painter's tape.

adorable.

When I was younger, I totally believed my stuffed animals were having secret meetings and other adventures while I was sleeping.
We need some Halloween pictures!

That is adorable! But it reminds me a little of how stressful childhood could occasionally be because of a general lack of basic scientific info. Not that grownups didn't try to enlighten me.
